Raghu Idupuganti, MDDr. Idupuganti grew up in Staten Island, NY and completed his undergraduate education at Cornell University in bucolic Ithaca, NY.

His internship training was completed at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL. He returned to New York for his anesthesia residency training at Maimonidies Medical Center in Brooklyn. Following residency, Dr. Idupuganti did a one year, ACGME accredited pediatric anesthesia fellowship at Children’s Floating Hospital in Boston, MA. The fellowship gave him the expertise to care for and anesthetize children with the most complicated pediatric illnesses. Patients came from all over the country and all over the world for this specialized care and treatment.

Following fellowship Dr. Idupuganti accepted a position at Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan and was working there for the last seven years before joining our specialty practice.

He has been board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology since 2007.

He is licensed to practice Medicine and Anesthesia in New York.

His interests outside medicine include cooking, snowboarding and traveling.
